DELTA

Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 18, 2026

1. Introduction

Delta Fit LLC (“Delta Fit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a California limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Delta Fit mobile application and the website at delta.fit (collectively, the “Service”).

This policy is effective as of May 18, 2026. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in using a supported identity provider, we receive your email address and display name from that provider's authentication service. We do not receive your identity provider password.

Fitness and nutrition data

We store the data you enter in the app, including: workout logs (exercises, sets, reps, and weights), meal logs, weigh-ins, body measurements, fitness goals, and equipment preferences.

Coach conversation history

Messages you send to the AI coach and the coach's replies are stored so that the coaching experience can be personalized over time.

3. Information we do not collect

  • Payment information (the Service is free during private beta).
  • Advertising identifiers, third-party analytics SDKs, or marketing trackers.
  • Location data.
  • HealthKit or Google Fit data (unless and until you explicitly connect it in a future version of the app).

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate and maintain the Service.
  • Generate personalized coaching responses, workout plans, and meal plans.
  • Diagnose technical problems and improve the Service.
  • Communicate with you about your account.

5. AI processing

To generate coach responses, your messages and relevant fitness context are sent to a third-party AI model provider under their standard data processing addendum. This processing occurs in the United States.

We do not claim that the AI provider does not train models on data submitted via the API. Please refer to the AI provider's current terms for the applicable data-use commitments.

6. Service providers (subprocessors)

We use a single cloud infrastructure provider to deliver the Service. The following services operate on that infrastructure, all in the United States:

  • Identity provider service — account sign-in.
  • Cloud database — storage for all user data.
  • Backend services — backend processing and AI orchestration.
  • Third-party AI model provider — AI model that generates coaching content.

We do not use third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking pixels.

7. How we share information

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We disclose information to our subprocessors only as necessary to operate the Service, and only under data-processing agreements.
  • We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request.

8. Data retention

We retain your information while your account is active.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@delta.fit with the subject “Delete my account.” We will delete your data within 30 days of the request.

Backup copies maintained by our subprocessors expire on their standard retention cycle.

9. Security

  • All data is transmitted over TLS.
  • Data at rest is encrypted by our cloud infrastructure provider.
  • Per-user access rules in our database ensure your data is readable only by your own account.

No security measure is perfect. In the event of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

10. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@delta.fit.

California residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

  • The right to know what personal information we collect about you and how it is used.
  • The right to request deletion of your personal information.
  • The right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your rights, email support@delta.fit.

The Service is offered only to residents of the United States. The GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) is not currently in scope.

11. Children's privacy

Delta Fit is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@delta.fit.

12. International users

The Delta Fit Service is offered only to residents of the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
